Rachel Canning, 18, Sues Parents for College Tuition

An 18-year-old in New Jersey is suing her parents to force them to pay for her college education. The parents say they should not have to because she will not abide by their rules. The cheerleader and honor student left her parent’s house over a family dispute when she turned 18 last October. Her father is a former police chief.
