The release date for Apple’s new iPhone will be September 10.

That’s what sources told AllThingsD, a tech blog.

Questions remain as to what iPhone Apple will unveil–there’s talk of a mid-priced one that could debut along with a rumored update to the iPhone 5.

A representative for the company declined to comment on any upcoming events.

USA Today also said that the release date will be September 10.

On the other hand, a German blog, iPhone Ticker, says that the next generation iPhone will be coming onto the market on September 6.

Saying their source if “very credible and serious,” the blog indicated that there will be “two new types of devices” debuting at the same time, seeming to confirm the update and mid-priced option.
