The Nevada Supreme Court approved the state’s canvass of the 2020 general election during a virtual meeting on Tuesday.

The seven-judge panel voted to sign and certify the results, which would be sent to Democratic Gov. Steve Sisolak for confirmation. The move delegates Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden as the winner of the western U.S. battleground state, despite several ongoing lawsuits challenging the outcome of the election.
