Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak signed a bill into law on Wednesday, codifying a permanent mail-in voting system and other reforms aimed at expanding voter access.

The bill, Assembly Bill 321, was passed along party lines in the state Assembly and Senate, both controlled by Democrats.
