Neo-Nazi Craig Cobb, who is trying to set up an all-White town in Leith, North Dakota--much to the chagrin of its residents--discovered that he has black ancestry after he was tested on the Trisha Goddard special, “Race in America,” set to air in a few days.
Cobb, who is a self-proclaimed white supremacist and neo-Nazi, has been trying to create a “white enclave” in Leith by buying up property despite locals protesting the move.
On Goddard’s show, it was revealed he is 14 percent Sub-Saharan African and 86 percent European. “Sweetheart, you have a little black in you,” she said to him as the audience laughed wildly, according to the Daily Mail.
“So there you go, bro,” she continued and then tried to fist-bump him. Cobb didn’t return the bump back, while looking incredulously around the whole time.
Cobb rejected the test results showing he is part African, blaming it on “statistical noise.”
“I agreed to the test because I assumed it was science.‘ Instead, he said, it was a scientifically bankrupt procedure, the product of ’craven and debased executives,‘ whose ’goal is to shock,” he told the Daily Mail in an interview.
He added that the test was “short science” that was used “by a sensationalist television show to promote multiculturalism.”
According to the Village Voice, Cobb also claimed the test was inaccurate.
“That company, AncestrybyDNA, they test for 176 markers out of, depending on how you count them, between 682,000 and 3 million [possible markers],” he was quoted as saying. “And the company went down before as DNAPrint, in part because of extremely bad reviews all over the Internet,” he added.
Cobb added that he wants to retake a DNA test.
“I’m very anxious to. I’m probably going to get one overnighted to me. I’m going to use the National Geographic test. I’m going to use Ancestry DNA, which is the one this shlock company, AncestrybyDNA, piggybacks on. They literally copied the packaging,” he said.
Last month, leaders in Leith approved a moratorium on new construction to prevent Cobb’s apparent attempts to overtake the community, according to The Associated Press.
