A fake Nelson Mandela photo is circulating, purportedly showing him on his deathbed.
But the image is actually of Mandela at an African National Conference meeting.
AFP, which is the original source of the image, said via Twitter on Thursday that the meeting was in Durban in July 1991.
Other fake photos of Mandela include a Kenyan senator who photoshopped Mandela’s head onto another person’s body, standing next to the senator.
