The NBA trade rumors continue intensifying ahead of the trade deadline in 2014.

Let’s check out some of the latest ones:

-Los Angeles Clippers

The Clippers need depth behind Deandre Jordan and Blake Griffin, and Marc Stein of ESPN reported earlier this month that the Clippers are “itchy” to make a deal. Jared Dudley is “unexpectedly in play,” Stein said.

Portland Trailblazers

The Joel Freeland injury also leaves the Blazers short defensively but there haven’t been any definitive rumored deals mentioned yet.

Golden State Warriors

Count the Warriors among the teams looking for bench help. The team is hoping use its trade exceptions as a way to facilitate such a deal that would likely need to involve three teams, a source told USA Today. A bigger deal could include anyone other than Stephen Curry and Andrew Bogut, rival executives told the media outlet.

Oklahoma City Thunder

The team has been looking for a shooter--more explicitly described as more of a two-way player--to help fortify them for a title run, league sources told Yahoo. The Thunder have trade exceptions, and have been reportedly looking at Rudy Fernandez, who is playing in Spain.

Miami Heat

The Heat want an open spot for a veteran player, as some of these players are bought out after the deadline and then sign with a contender. That might happen to Caron Butler of the Milwaukee Bucks, identified by Bleacher Report as the player the Heat want to target.
