NBA Draft Recap: Numerous Trades

BROOKLYN, NEW YORK – In the 2014 NBA Draft, there were several trades back and forth. Here’s the rundown:    

– The Orlando Magic traded G Arron Afflalo to the Denver Nuggets for Evan Fournier and the rights to (No. 56 pick) Roy Devyn Marble. 

– The Denver Nuggets traded F Anthony Randolph and (No.11) Doug McDermott to the Chicago Bulls for (No.16) pick Jusuf Nurkic, (No. 19) Gary Harris and a 2015 draft pick. 

– Philadelphia 76ers traded (No. 10) Elfrid Payton to the Magic for (No. 12) Dario Sarcic. [Apart of the Andrew Bynum trade a few years ago] 

– Philadelphia 76ers trade (No. 47) Russ Smith to the New Orleans Pelicans for Pierre Jackson 

– Philadelphia 76ers trade (No. 54) Nemanja Dangubic to the San Antonio Spurs for (No. 58) Jordan McRae and (No. 60) Cory Jefferson. 

– Philadelphia 76ers trade the rights to (No. 60) Cory Jefferson to the Brooklyn Nets for cash. 

– The Charlotte Hornets trade (No. 24) Shabazz Napier to the Miami Heat for (No. 26) P.J. Hairston, (No. 55) Semaj Christon, 2019 draft pick and cash. 

–  Charlotte Hornets trade (No. 55) Semaj Christon to the Oklahoma City Thunder for cash. 

– The Utah Jazz trade (No. 35) Jarnell Stokes to the Memphis Grizzlies for a 2015 draft pick. 

– The Minnesota Timberwolves trade (No. 44) Markel Brown to the Brooklyn Nets for cash. 

– The Washington Wizards trade (No. 46) Jordan Clarkson to the Los Angeles Lakers for cash. 

– The Milwaukee Bucks trade (No. 48) Lamar Patterson to the Atlanta Hawks for a 2015 second-round pick. 

– The Indiana Pacers trade (No. 57) Louis Labeyrie to the New York Knicks for cash. 

– The Toronto Raptors trade (No. 59) Xavier Thames to the Brooklyn Nets for cash.
