A girl’s got to do what a girl’s got to do! This young lady has it all: she is as pretty as a doll, yet as powerful as a lioness.

Julia Vins, from Engels, Russia, looks extremely pretty. She has beautiful eyes, delicate skin, and a face as fragile as porcelain. But don’t be fooled by her soft looks from above her shoulders, as she has a physique as powerful as a lioness.

“I have these big, beautiful eyes and wear make-up. But at the same time, I’m strong,” Julia said back in 2015, according to MailOnline. “Because of my facial features, people have always said I look like a doll.”

Julia can deadlift 400 pounds (approx. 181 kg).

She has won three world powerlifting records at the World Powerlifting Championships in Moscow in 2014—180 kilograms (approx. 397 pounds) in the squat, 105 kilograms (approx. 231 pounds) in the bench press, and 165 kilograms (approx. 364 pounds) in the deadlift.

Because of her figure, she’s received the title “Muscle Barbie.”

“People know me as ’muscle Barbie'—I like this comparison. It’s nice,” she said. “I can deadlift 180kg in training. I want to become as big as possible.”

Alluding to men who criticized her about her athleticism, she said they were “just jealous.”

“Everyone has an opinion on what I look like—they either respect my work or reprimand me for being a muscly girl,” she said.

Julia, who used to be slender, started going to the gym when she was 15.

“I was a good, academic girl for so many years. I studied music, was well-read, participated in various school competitions and was skilled at art. But I never felt like I had any particular objective in life,” she said.

“I had no interest in sport but I was lost. I thought I might see if I could build some strength and confidence by weight training at the gym,” she continued.

“It did not make me strong but then I started powerlifting.”

Julia fell in love with powerlifting, and since then, she has found her life purpose.

“I loved it! I knew then that my goal was—to build muscle,” she said.

“I’m no ordinary doll. I hope everyone finds their true calling in life like I did,” she added.

The 22-year-old Julia has a throng of fans in Russia and around the world. The young powerlifter has more than 867,000 followers on Instagram due to her unusual appearance.

Take a look at this superwoman! Wouldn’t want to get on the wrong side of this babe!
