Moundsville, West Virginia Officials Seek Jessica Estep, Suspected of Trafficking Cocaine

U.S. Marshals in West Virginia are asking the public to be on the alert for suspected cocaine trafficker Jessica Carrie Estep.

The 30-year-old is believed to be in the Moundsville area, according to a wanted poster the Marshals released.

Estep, a Florida native who stands 5’4″ and weighs about 115 pounds, is white.

She has blond or strawberry hair and hazel eyes, and has a number of tattoos, including one on the right hand and another on the left leg.
