A viral image that’s being shared claims that the Moon, Venus, and Jupiter aligned to become a smiley face.

It claims that on May 16, 2010, the incident occurred.

Twitter user Tree Lobsters wrote that it’s “not impossible” for the alignment to have taken place.

However, the alignment didn’t happen in 2010, the user wote.

A similar image was taken on 2008 shows an alignment in a similar manner, but far less striking.

It’s not clear where the “smiley face” image is from.

When one does a backwards Google image search, the only result is a Pinterest account.
