Orange County Residents Cast their Ballots in California Recall Election

According to the Orange County Registrar of Voters, the county is the fifth largest voting jurisdiction in the in the U.S, serving more than 1.8 million voters.  
As of 12:00 p.m. on Sept. 14, 15,000 ballots were cast in-person at Orange County voter sites, a spokesperson for the registrar’s office told The Epoch Times.
