A gunman walked into a southern Missouri church and opened fired, according to reports on Sunday.
It is unclear if there were any injuries.
KSPR-TV reported that a gunman went into the First Baptist Church in Norwood and opened fire.
The incident took place during church services. At least 50 people were inside the church when the man opened fire.
Several people grabbed him and held him down before police came.
As the scuffle took place, a shot was fired into the ceiling.
One of the men who helped tackle the shooter suffered a shoulder injury, reported KY-3.
Police told the station that the man, who was not identified, may have had mental health issues.
