Missing Person Call Leads Police to 2 Dead in Brooklyn Apartment

NEW YORK— A male and female were found dead in the bedroom of their Brooklyn apartment Sunday night.

Police received a 911 call 7 p.m. Sunday night and are investigating the deaths. 

No weapons were found in the Eastern Parkway home and there were no obvious signs of trauma, the police said. 

The bodies were discovered after a 911 call of a missing person.

Police say a 28-year-old man was found unconscious on the floor of the bedroom and a 26-year-old woman was found unconscious on the bed. Both were pronounced dead at the scene. Their names have not yet been released.

Police say the bodies showed no signs of trauma. No other details were immediately available.

The medical examiner is to determine the exact cause of death.
