The Minecraft Xbox One release date may be coming up soon as 4J Studios is nearly done Title Update 14 (TU14).
When that’s done, the company will be able to focus solely on the next-gen versions of the game.
The Title Update 14 is coming soon, as 4J said via Twitter that there’s not too long to go now as the list of fixes is “getting shorter every day.”
Along with fixing bugs, the studio is adding new content.
The Xbox One version of Minecraft should come earlier than the PlayStation 4 version, because it’s easier to port the game to the Xbox One’s architecture. And it’s already been ported to Xbox 360.
The next-gen versions are expected to include better visuals, bigger and better maps, and new modes.
They could include DirectX 12 technology, with high frames per second on 1080p resolution.
