Milos Raonic takes on Feliciano Lopez in the Rogers Cup semifinals on Friday evening in Toronto.

The game will be broadcast on SportsNet and RDS2 in Canada and ESPN in the United States.

Live streaming will be available through SportsNet and Watch ESPN.

Raonic has the distinction of being the only Canadian left in the men’s and women’s singles tournaments after Eugenie Bouchard surprisingly was knocked out early.

Raonic is coming off a win at the Citi Open in Washington, D.C.--he played fellow Canadian Vasek Pospisil in the final match.

Raonic, ranked No. 6, beat unranked Julien Benneteau of France in the third round, 6-3, 4-6,6-4.

Lopez of Spain, unranked in the tournament, took out No. 4 Tomas Berdych of the Czech Republic in the third round, 6-3, 3-6, 4-6.

Raonic and Lopez have only played three times before. Lopez won the first meeting in 2011 in Madrid in three sets, but Raonic took both meetings in 2013, at the U.S. Open and in Bangkok.

The winner of the match will play the winner of No. 5 David Ferrer and No. 2 Roger Federer, who are playing in the late game.

Many of the other top seeds have been knocked out in the tournament. Jo-Wilfried Tsonga knocked off No. 1 Novak Djokovic in the third round before taking out No. 8 Andy Murray in the quarterfinals earlier on Friday.
