Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino, best known for starring in reality TV series “Jersey Shore,” was arrested at a tanning salon in New Jersey.

Sorrentino was actually arrested after a fight at Boca Tanning Salon in Middletown, which he owns with his family.

Police were called after a 911 call came in reporting a “fist fight” between two people, reported TMZ citing law enforcement sources.

Situation was the only one arrested.

Sources claimed the fight was between Mike and his brother Frank.

The salon hasn’t been doing well lately.

TMZ reported earlier this month that employees called police after their paychecks bounced.

Meanwhile, Sorrentino and his family are being documented sharing meals and running the salon on a new TV series that will premiere on TV Guide Network on July 15.

“The Sorrentinos” stars Mike, Frank, brother Marc, mom Linda, and sister Melissa, reported the NY Daily News.

Mike told the News that he’s been focusing on being sober.

“This year I was really focusing on my sobriety and getting myself healthy and it feels great to be back on TV,” Sorrentino said.

As for the show, he said it’s more of a family affair.

“I wouldn’t say it’s toned down, but it’s a little more mature,” he said. Family members  all live within a block’s distance away from each other and open up the tanning salon.

“No secrets are safe in this family.”
