Microsoft has announced today that they will lower the price of the Xbox One back to the $349 price point; this is the same price the company was selling the console at during the holiday season. For those of you who want to buy an Xbox One, the new price point goes live tomorrow.

Phil Spencer made the announcement in the video you see below but he also gives a small teaser about what to expect next week with gaming for Windows 10. While no details were announced, expect to hear about how Xbox has improved the gaming experience with Windows 10 for the desktop and the phone too.

In the announcement, Microsoft said that they had a “record-setting holiday” but stopped short of announcing actual sales figure of the device. The rest of Microsoft’s PR drop is full of fluff about the great games that are coming to the platform this year and you can read it all here.
