A lawsuit seeking to overturn the results of the presidential election in Michigan was dismissed in a federal court on Dec. 7, with the judge saying that the lawsuit contained “conjecture and speculation.”
District Court Judge Linda V. Parker, an appointee of former President Barack Obama, wrote in the ruling, “To be perfectly clear, Plaintiffs’ equal protection claim is not supported by any allegation that Defendants’ alleged schemes caused votes for President Trump to be changed to votes for Vice President Biden.”
