Michelle Obama, Saudi national visit: First Lady Michelle Obama reportedly visited two young Saudi Arabian nationals who were in the hospital after sustaining injuries during the Boston Marathon bombing.

Well-known Saudi site Okaz.com reported that Obama visited the young Saudis, including one who is being considered for deportation from the United States.

“Yesterday, Michelle Obama, the wife of the American President, visited the Saudis in the hospital who were injured in the Boston bombing, Abdul Rahman Ali Isa al-Salmi al-Harbi and Noura Khaled Saleh al-Ajaji, to reassure them of their health,” the article reads in Arabic, which was translated by The Blaze website.

Noura al-Ajaji had three surgeries this week in her thigh area, according to the website.

“Al-Ajaji, who is a master’s student in cosmetic dentistry, was injured by flying glass fragments from the nearby Colby glasses store, which she was nearby during the Boston Marathon bombings, resulting in an 11 centimeter gash in the thigh area,” it reads.

The Blaze report, which was carried by Yahoo news, was virtually the only website to report on Obama visiting the Saudi national.

Arab News reported that al-Harbi’s father confirmed that it was his son who was injured in the deadly bomb blast. He said his son was one of many questioned by investigators over the matter.

This week, it was reported that Jeff Bauman, who lost his legs in the blast, helped the FBI to identify one of the suspects in the bombing.

“He woke up under so much drugs, asked for a paper and pen and wrote, ‘bag, saw the guy, looked right at me,’” his brother, Chris Bauman, told Bloomberg News. “I’ve had many times alone with him, and yes, he told me every single detail,” Chris Bauman said.

Bauman said that he looked Tamerlan Tsarnaev, who was killed last night, in the eyes.
