A witness sketch that has been deemed by some as the worst ever has resurfaced online and gone viral.

The sketch apparently shows DeAndre Charles, a 15-year-old who was arrested this month December for the murder of a rabbi in Miami.

The sketch was drawn by a neighbor that assisted authorities in the case, reported WSVN, contrary to some reports such as one from Buzzfeed that claimed it was an official sketch. However, even though the sketch was slammed it did help lead to the arrest, and some people say they see the resemblance.

Charles allegedly killed Rabbi Joseph Raskin in August 2014 while the rabbi was on his way to the synagogue.

Authorities spent more than a year building a case against Charles before arresting him.

Today I am here to announce that yesterday this fine team of lawyers went to the Grand Jury and indicted 15-year old DeAndre Charles as the gunman in this cold blooded murder,” said Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle during a news conference earlier this month, reported CBS Miami.

“He’s charged with one count of first degree murder and one count of attempted robbery with a firearm.”

Charles’ family, though, says police have the wrong guy.

“He’s a good child,” Blair Charles, the suspect’s mother, told CBS

“My son was here. That day I was working. All my kids were here. It was a Saturday. So he has an alibi? Yes, and the detectives interrogated him twice and tried to pin it on him.”
