A massive fire broke out at an Opa-Locka, Florida, recycling yard on Monday morning, with some reports saying that hundreds of cars were burning.

Local 10 reported that 300 cars were on fire at Trademark Metals Recycling, located at 3440 NW 135th Street, said Miami-Dade Fire Rescue.

The cause of the blaze is not yet known.

It is unclear if there were any injuries.

Emergency service workers were on the scene.

The Miami Herald reported that thick plumes of smoke were seen in the sky.

The plant fire is located west of Interstate 95.
