A Russian family is making waves for actually living with a bear.
Svetlana and Yuriy Panteleenko live with a 300-pound (136 kilogram) brown bear they named Stepan.
He was found in the nearby woods after having lost his mother.
The couple adopted him when he was just three months old. He’s now 23.
Despite his size, though, he is very gentle.
Caters News noted: “Stepan is so domesticated that the family have been known to sit down in the evenings to watch the television together and he even steps in to help with household chores by watering the plants.”
