Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf will hold a conversation on the evening of Sept. 20, about options for strengthening services and protecting animal residents of the city.
The meeting will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Temescal Works at 490 43rd St. in Oakland.
