A Massachusetts man tried to deceive police looking to arrest him by disguising himself as an old man, said the Barnstable Police Department in a Facebook post.

Shaun Miller, 31, was indicted for heroin possession with intent to distribute in April and had been living as a fugitive since. On Aug. 18, police surrounded the residence Miller was thought to be staying at in South Yarmouth, Massachusetts when an elderly man walked outside. Police later determined that the man was in fact Miller, after which they removed Miller’s disguise and apprehended him. The Barnstable Police Department posted a photo of the mask Miller wore, as well as photos of Miller with and without the mask on.

A subsequent search of the residence also found two loaded weapons in a laundry basket and almost $30,000 in cash.

Miller is being held without bail and is scheduled for a hearing in a Boston U.S. District Court on Aug.31.
