Sales


Five units at Griffin Court Condominium (800 10th Avenue in Hell’s Kitchen) appeared on Streeteasy. This is an eight-story building with 95 studio- to three- bedroom units. A one-bed, one-bath condo for $925,000 is accompanied by a fitness center, a 24-hour doorman, live-in super and a courtyard totaling 8,700 sq. ft. The listing describes standard hardwood floors and kitchen appliances, along with this added inscription: “A private storage cage is included with each unit.”

Also a one-bed, one-bath, apartment 4F in 250 East 49th Street in Turtle Bay was listed for $1,079,786 this week. Two two-bedroom units in the same building were listed alongside it.

Over in Williamsburg is a two-bed, two-bath 1,311 sq. ft. condo with a private terrace at 122 South1st Street ($960,000). The address is close to the entrance of the Williamsburg Bridge and public transportation.

In the past week, 26 residential sales were made across the city.

Rentals


Two beds and 1.5 baths at 422 East 53rd Street costs $3,575. The post-war, pet-friendly building comes furnished with dishwashers and air conditioning.

At 277 West 10th Street, $2,600 will get you 600 sq. ft of space in the West Village. The building welcomes pets, and comes with in house laundry.

The condo at 220 East 65th Street in Lenox Hill goes for $2,900 a month and has a pool, rooftop garden, landscaping, and a grand lobby area.

New Developments


Recent price movers in the city include 80 Metropolitan Avenue in Williamsburg, where many a wounded developer are dropping their prices in hopes of luring buyers. This address has over 114 units. A two-bedroom (1,050 sq. ft.) is $799,000 after discounts. The place lowered asking prices on eight units this week.

It’s a mixed bag at 505 West 47th Street in Clinton. Its three highest-priced units gained value while four other units in its low- and mid- range inventory fell in price.

Four units were discounted at The Sabrina on the Upper West Side. Of its five available units, all were recently discounted, leaving a two-bedroom priced at $925,000.
