Daniella “Dani” Barretto has come forward to slam Claudine Baretto over the former actresses’ recent comment.
The daughter of Marjorie Barretto didn’t mention her aunt’s name but is believed to be referencing her in two posts on Twitter.
“Not long ago, you would’ve never let anyone speak ill of me. But now, you’re actually asking and paying people to insult me,” Dani said.
“Now that tweet was really for you.”
“If you regret being a part of my life and ask people including your lawyer to insult me like that. just because YOU THINK my past tweets are about you, now makes me regret you ever being a part of my life as well. God bless you,” Daniella added.
Claudine recently said in an interview with “The Buzz” that she misses Marjorie’s children, including Daniella but also Julia, Claudia, and Leon.
“I said some painful things to my sister which I will forever regret. I always made life easy for my sister, for Marjorie. But she killed me the day na tinanggal niya ‘yung karapatan ko to see my nieces na pinalaki ko. Nakalimutan niya ako, ’yung ako talaga,” she said, according to ABD-CBN.
Claudina said that she wishes she could talk to Marjorie’s children.
“I just pray that they don’t forget, Dani, Julia and Claui, Leon… I want to let them know that I tried so much during their birthdays, Christmas, Valentine’s. I tried my best, I couldn’t get through,” she said.
Dani also took time to respond to a post allegedly made by Ferdinand Topacio, the attorney for Claudine, which said “Year of the Horse nga pala. This could be Danni Barretto’s year.”
“Call me a horse all you want, ask your people to keep bashing me, I don’t care,” she said. “Because the people can now see who they should believe.”
