You hear his voice every morning while scrolling your phone on the subway. On your way home, he’s keeping you company during a long wait for a train. 

And still, the name Charlie Pellett probably doesn’t ring any bells for you. He’s the man behind New York City’s subway announcements. For almost 11 years, his voice has become an almost inseparable part of the city.
