A 75-year-old man died from a heart attack after a heated fight with a woman over a bus seat in San Francisco on April 7.

Police said the incident happened on a Muni bus that the man transferred to after the altercation on a separate bus. Police said the individual died just moments after getting into an argument with a 53-year-old woman over a seat on the Muni bus. The victim died in the afternoon at Kearny and Geary streets.

Authorities launched a suspicious death and assault investigation following the incident. No arrests have been made as of yet. According to the San Francisco Examiner, police are trying to determine whether the man died as a result of injuries he suffered during the fight.

The name of the victim has not been disclosed pending family notification from the medical examiner’s office.
