A man was arrested for holding a sign that said “Taylor Swift Is With Satan” at the 23-year-old singer’s concert in Pittsburgh over the weekend, it was reported.

Joseph Jackson, 28, also threatened the singer on Facebook, while bringing an “I luv you” poster as well as the “Satan” one, reported CBS Pittsburgh.

Police caught wind of the Facebook threats and moved to arrest him while he was at Swift’s concert on Saturday.

The website Gossipcop.com reported that Jackson told police: “Taylor Swift is Satan and that 6,000 years is six days and death comes on the sixth day, so Taylor Swift is in danger.”

He was forced to undergo a mental evaluation following the arrest.

“Certain actions you take on the Internet are illegal by definition,” attorney David Shrager, who isn’t involved in the case, told the station. “Certain statements can be used against you in a courtroom.”

He elaborated that social media is dangerous legal territory, meaning Jackson could face an uphill battle.
