WESTMINSTER (CNS) - A 26-year-old man turned himself in to Westminster police following a crash that killed a 3-year-old girl, police said Jan. 7.

The crash occurred at 6:30 p.m. Friday at Goldenwest and 21st streets, MacCormick said.
