Loretta Saunders is dead after police found her body west of Salisbury, New Brunswick.

Saunders of Halifax was reported missing on February 13, and her car was found five days later in Harrow, Ontario.

Her body was found on Route 2 of the Trans-Canada Highway.

Roommates Blake Leggette and Victoria Henneberry were arrested over Saunders disappearance. 

“Investigators have identified suspects in this homicide and they are not looking for anyone else,” said Cst. Pierre Bourdages, reported CBC. “This homicide investigation is ongoing and charges are anticipated.”

Murder charges will be leveled as soon as possible, Bourdages said.

Henneberry is due in court Thursday. Leggette is due in court Friday. 

At this time they’ve been charged with stealing Saunder’s car.

Saunders was three months pregnant when she vanished.

She was a student at Saint Mary’s University who is originally from Newfoundland and Labrador.
