Loretta Fuddy Died in Molokai Island Plane Crash, Sources Say

Loretta Fuddy is dead after a plane crash off of Molokai island in Hawaii on Wednesday.

Two sources told KITV that Fuddy, who was the director of the country’s Health Department, died in the crash.

The other eight people on board, including the pilot, are alive.

Fuddy was appointed in March 2011.

She grew up in Kaimuki and graduated Sacred Hearts Academy, as well as the University of Hawaii and Johns Hopkins University.
