Lolo Jones and Lauryn Williams have earned spots  in the 2014 Olympics in SOchi, Russia.

The Summer Olympic stars will be going to their first Winter Olympics as members of the U.S. bobsled team.

The choices were announced on Sunday.

The rest of the team is: drivers Jamie Greubel, Elana Meyers and Jazmine Fenlator and Meyers’ usual push athlete, Aja Evans, reported NBC.

Over 100 other athlets have competed in both the Summer and Winter Olympics. The last American do so was Chris Witty, who competed in cycling in 2000 and speed skating from 1994 through 2006.

”The determination in me, I wish people could see that,” Jones told the AP earlier in January. ”It’s not a gimmick. It’s not for publicity. It never was. It’s always been about me achieving a dream and being able to tell that story down the road, that I never gave up and I fought hard.”
