The Legends of Persia PC game is set for a release any day now, as Sourena Game Studio previously announced that it would launch sometime in January 2014.
The studio has been publishing gameplay tips and photos along with trailers of the game.
The RPG adventure game revolves around Keykhosro, the son of Persian prince Siavosh, who wants to take revenge for his father’s death against a nearby king.
“Throughout the game, the character will face difficult challenges to overcome, such as defeating massive waves of enemies, encountering difficult bosses, and finally dealing with Afriasiab, his father’s killer,” according to the studio. “The mythology of this storyline will take you to depths you have never been before, as you encounter the famous fable of Siavosh.”
The game will come in over a dozen languages, including English, Danish, and Italian.
Characters will use magic spells and abilities as well as weapons.
An eight-hour single player campaign and three playable main characters are the game’s features, according to Polygon.
