The League Of Legends servers are slowly being restored after a hack attack late Monday/early Tuesday.

The DDoS attack was made by a group known as DERP, which also took down the servers of DOTA 2, Club Penguin, Battle.net, and EA.com.

It’s unclear what’s motivating the group, but the attack appears to have subsided, with servers slowly being brought back.

“NA Summoners - you should now be able to log in,” said the official League of Legends Twitter account.

It recommended to EUW Summoners to do a DNS flush.

Phantoml0rd, a League of Legend player, was visited by police following the attack, but he says he was targeted by DERP because he was the top streamer on Twitch at the time of the attack, reported Polygon. But some users commented that the whole thing was “fishy,” indicating they believe he had a role in the attack.
