A boy found in a washing machine after it filled with water has died.
The unidentified boy was found in a washing machine at his house in Castaic, California, in Los Angeles county, in the middle of last week.
The boy’s father found him inside the machine and pulled him out and called 911. The boy was unresponsive and was taken to a nearby hospital, according to CBS, which reported that the boy had died on Monday, August 5.
The boy had been “clinging to life” throughout the week, according to officials.
