Kyle McDonald, 19, has been identified as the teen who died in south London on Wednesday evening.
Police were called into Battersea at 7:49 p.m. after reports of a shooting. McDonald was pronounced dead less than half-an-hour later.
Police are investigating the shooting, which happened in Coppock Close, near Fawcett Close, and are asking anyone with information to come forward.
I am keen to establish if there was anyone in the area who saw or heard anything suspicious yesterday evening,” said Detective Chief Inspector Matt Bonner, according to London24.
“I’m appealing for anyone who has any information no matter how small to please come forward and help us with our inquiry.”
