Kris Humphries sued: Brooklyn Nets forward Kris Humphries is being sued for allegedly bilking a designer out of thousands of dollars worth of clothes, reported TMZ on Thursday.

The website reported that the suit claims Humphries promised to deliver the clothes in exchange for a discount but never made good on the bargain.

He is being sued by Scott Hill, who claims that he met Humphies and Kim Kardashian several years ago, and told the NBA player he would give him a 30 percent discount on clothes if he introduced him to two fellow professional basketball players.

Humphries allegedly bought more than $40,000 worth of clothes at a discount. However, the suit claims that Humphries never introduced his friends to the designer and still owes Hill $6,000.

Hill is suing for more than $52,000 in damages with interest.

With the Nets this season, Humphries has averaged 5.5 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 18.1 minutes per game.
