Kim Kardashian has apparently visited a divorce lawyer in recent days and she was snuck into the office via a “private elevator,” according to a report.

A security official who works nearby said that Kardashian visited divorce lawyer Laura Wesser at her office this week, reported gossip site MediaTakeOut.

Even if the report is true, it’s worth noting that it doesn’t mean Kardashian, 32, will be getting a divorce from Kanye West, whom she married months ago.

The security source works for another company in the same building, saying that Kardashian arrived at Wesser’s office in Los Angeles on Tuesday. Wesser has handled a number of high-profile celebrity divorce cases, representing Heidi Klum, Ashton Kutcher, Christina Aguilera and Ryan Reynolds.

“Kim drove into the building and they shut down a special elevator for her to go upstairs to the lawyers office,” the source told the website.

Wesser also represented Kardashian in her divorce with NBA player Kris Humphries a few years ago.

This week, another gossip site said that she was caught cheating with “another celebrity.”

InTouch magazine’s Nov. 24 cover reads: “Kim’s Divorce Drama – Pregnant & Dumped. Threats, tears, and panic…the final fight. Kim hooked up with another celebrity, Kanye’s secret weapon in divorce war. Why he took North away from her.”

A few weeks ago, similar claims were made in InTouch, which said, “The fight for custody is already getting nasty.“ It said West wants to move to Paris full-time, and ”it was like a sucker punch to the back of her head. She screamed back that there was no way in hell he was taking North, then ran out of the room sobbing.”

“The ruse stopped that night,” said InTouch again. “She’s finally done with The Kanye Show — a divorce and custody battle are imminent.“ The magazine speculates that the couple’s biggest looming fight is over whether North.”

But GossipCop reported that it spoke with a Kardashian representative, saying the report is “not true.” It says: “We look forward to a couple months from now, when Kardashian and West are still together, and In Touch publishes its next ‘divorce’ story, completely ignoring how wrong it was on this one.”
