More drama played out in the second half. Five minutes into the half, Club notched up another goal to make it 3-1; but, not to be denied, Punjab-A Rupinder Singh hit a fierce back-stick shot over Club’s goalie to reduce the deficit to 3-2 with 25 minutes remaining. Another narrow angle shot slipped past Club-A’s goalie to tie up the match at 3-3 with 15 minutes still on the clock. Although great effort was made by both teams neither could force a winner.

The bottom of the table clash between HKFC-B and Elite-A, also played at the HKFC Ground, ended in a 3-3 draw.

Meanwhile, Khalsa defeated Shaheen-A at King’s Park three goals to one. Khalsa on 30-points extend their lead at the top of the table to seven points, ahead of three teams SSSC-A, HKFC-A and Punjab-A all on 23-points.
