Kenny O’Neal is one of the two overweight contestants on ABC’s Extreme Weight Loss on August 19.

O’Neal, 35, weighed 410 pounds before the attempt at transformation started.

The episode is unusual because it also includes another person. ABC says that either Kenny or the other person, Christy, will become the first client that trainer Chris Powell has ever kicked out of the program.

It could very well be Kenny, a father-of-two and a former Marine. “I’m tired of it,” Kenny is seen yelling in the preview, getting in Chris’ face. “It’s too long! It’s a disgrace! I’m sick and tired of it!”

“He’s got some deep-rooted rage,” said Chris.

Chris is seen later in the preview talking to either Kenny or Christy. “You have to change, and change happens in a [expletive] instant!”

O’Neal used to be very fit and active, but after quitting the Marines, he became depressed and quickly gained more than 150 pounds,” according to ABC.

“Kenny’s depression and weight problems became a real concern for him and his family. After severe tornadoes ripped through his hometown of Moore, OK in 2013–destroying his children’s school and his childhood home–Kenny realized how short life really is and how quickly it can all be taken away,” it said.

“Vowing to turn his life around once and for all, Kenny wrote a letter to trainer and transformation specialist Chris Powell asking for help.”
