Kelsey Marie Legg, 19, was identified as the suspect in the murder and disappearance case of Charleston, West Virginia, man Kareem Hunter, according to reports.
Police told the WV Gazette that they are seeking Legg, who is from Marmet. Hunter has been missing for more than a week.
They allege that she lured Hunter, 28, to her 83rd Street apartment to kidnap him.
Kanawha County sheriff’s Cpl. Brian Humphreys said that she then killed him inside her home. They found evidence that he was killed in the apartment.
The Charleston Daily Mail reported that Hunter’s body has not been discovered. He was last seen alive on Sept. 23.
Officials served a warrant for Legg’s arrest for felony murder.
Hunter was initially reported missing to Charleston police. City detectives eventually traced him to Legg’s apartment.
