Kelsey Grammer, the star of Frasier and Cheers, is slated to wed his girlfriend Kayte Walsh, according to People magazine.
"Yes, they're engaged," Grammer's representative told People. "They're very happy and very much in love. They never announced it because he wanted to be discreet and enjoy the good news privately."
Us Magazine quoted his rep as saying that the two have been “engaged for a while.”
Grammer, 51, met Walsh, 29, while they were in New York City, according to Us. In September, she suffered a miscarriage.
Neither People or Us said when the wedding date would be.
