Kelly Osbourne has reportedly started drinking again after having been sober for some time, according to a report from In Touch magazine. However, another report is saying otherwise.

Kelly, the daughter of legendary Black Sabbath singer Ozzy Osbourne and Sharon Osbourne, was spotted stumbling when she left West Hollywood club The Nice Guy earlier this month.

“She was struggling to walk normally. She had been knocking back gin and tonics with pals for hours. They drank until we closed — one of the guys she was with helped her get to the door,” a source told In Touch (via Celeb Dirty Laundry).

The report goes on to say that Osbourne has been a mess since Fashion Police star and comedian Joan Rivers died a few weeks ago.

“They drank until we closed — one of the guys she was with helped her get to the door,” another source was quoted as saying.

But according to GossipCop, the allegations that she started drinking again are not true. A representative for Osbourne said that “she was not intoxicated.”

Osbourne has been clean for at least a few years. In 2012, it was reported she has been to rehab for drugs and alcohol several times over the years.

In an interview with RadarOnline two years ago, she described herself as a “hypocrite” for drinking again after doing rehab. “People always want you to be the pretty little perfect girl next door and I have never been that, so I don’t understand why people have always tried to make me that,” she said.

She said in 2009 that she was “taking 50 pills a day,” and she started using drugs when she was 16.

“I was trying to stay strong so I took Vicodin to hide the terrible sadness. But by this point, I was waking up and emptying six Vicodin into my hand,” she told MailOnline.
