Kellen Moore and the No. 4 Boise State Broncos resoundingly thumped the University of Idaho Vandals 52-14 on Friday night for the 12th straight victory over their Western Athletic Conference rival.

Moore threw for 216 yards and three touchdowns to propel the Broncos to an undefeated record of 9-0, and kept the team’s undefeated record to 23 games, the longest streak in the nation.

Broncos coach Chris Petersen emphasizes fast starts and this game was no different.

“Certainly when you’re on the road, especially, to get a fast start and settle our guys down and keep the crowd a little bit quiet is very important,” Petersen told the Associated Press.

Doug Martin added 117 yards on 16 carries and two touchdowns for the Broncos.
