Rumors are claiming model Kate Upton might be pregnant after photos of her emerged wearing a “shapeless dress” to allegedly hide her figure.

Upton was photographed walking through New York in the dress.

“Obviously not every person who wears a non-fitted dress is pregnant, she was spotted one day later with boyfriend Justin [Verlander] hiding her stomach with a huge black clutch purse. Coincidence? Maybe,” says Hollywood Life.

However, the liklihood of her being pregnant is slim, as she will appear on the cover of the September 2014 cover of Elle magazine. In the photoshoot, she doesn’t look pregnant at all.

“When I first started modelling, I was a normal catalogue model,” Upton told the magazine.

She added: “Then, I became a woman, and I was really excited about becoming a woman. Because I’m from Florida, it’s all about being in bathing suits. It’s a different view of beauty there. You are ugly if you don’t have a curvy body. And I didn’t have one, and then I got one, and thought, ‘Yessss!’”

She continued: “And then people say: ‘Oh, wow, you’re healthy.’” And you’re like, ‘Wait – what? I’ve been begging for this body my whole life!’”

Another rumor also seems dubious. Upton and Verlander were spotted eating dinner at a restaurant, and she wasn’t drinking alcohol--only water.

“On Aug. 4 Kate sat right behind Justin’s dugout during a Detroit Tigers vs. New York Yankees game in New York City. During a break from the game, her pitcher boyfriend tossed a ball over the top of the dugout at his girl,” Hollywood Life also wrote. “After Kate caught the ball she giggled and made eyes at Justin, who could be seen laughing before heading into his dugout.”
