Justin Bieber has plans to proposed to Selena Gomez with an expensive ring, according to a new report.
The high-profile and on-and-off again couple seem to be back together after Bieber posted a picture of them kissing on Instagram this week.
Turns out Bieber has been working on a plan to propose to Gomez sometime in the future.
“Justin absolutely believes that when the time is right, he'll stick a ring on Selena’s finger,” a source told Hollywood Life.
“And when he does, it will be the best of the best. He’s said he would spend up to a million dollars on an engagement ring for her.”

“Selena loves the big gestures so as much as he’s messed up with her, knowing her, she'd say yes to that kind of thing,” the source said.
“He knows how to sweep her off her feet when he wants to.”
Then again, Bieber deleted the photo shortly after publishing it. “Right now everything is a blur,” he said in the caption. The photo showed him cradling Gomez in his arms while she kissed him on the cheek.
The pair were reportedly spotted at a Bible study at the City Church in Los Angeles.
“The pair sat next to each other while partaking in Bible study and seemed very close. They then left together in Bieber’s car,” a source told the Daily Mirror.
“Justin looked really comfortable with Selena as he still thinks their bond is unbreakable and knows that Selena will always love him.” Bieber later posted on Twitter “God is good.” He and Gomez were also spotted on Monday watching the movie Lucy.
