Don’t listen to reports and trending terms that Justin Bieber was arrested on Thursday. Police cleared Bieber of allegedly hitting a photographer with his Ferrari on Monday night.

He was accused of pinning paparazzi photographer between his Ferrari and a white Audi on Sunset Boulevard, reported the Los Angeles Times.

Reports of Bieber being cleared of any police investigation was earlier this week.

Lt. Craig Valenzuela said that Bieber was cleared of any wrongdoing, according to the Times. The pedestrian claimed that the teen singer hit him with his sportscar and pulled away quickly.

Valenzuela said the photographer suffered minor injuries.

TMZ reported that Bieber was driving his his friend, rapper Lil Twist, who was a passenger.

KTLA-TV reported that no charges were filed as no crime was committed. Weeks ago, reports emerged that Bieber was accused of reckless driving around the Calabasas neighborhood after neighbors, including former NFL player Keyshawn Johnson, complained.

However, “Justin Bieber arrested” appeared on a popular trends aggregating website on Thursday, but it most assuredly isn’t true as no media have reported on his arrest, and the term is most likely a “trend hiccup.” The term most likely refers to rumors nearly two months ago that Bieber was arrested in Dubai.

On Thursday, Bieber wrote four tweets, including one that reads “Australia and NZ....presale for the #BELIEVEtour goes on sale today! http://bieberfever.com” around six hours ago.
