Jung Yong Hwa insists that he isn’t dating Park Shin Hye or Seohyun.
He’s been linked to his former co-stars in real life but says the rumors aren’t true, even though many fans want them to be.
He said that he remains friends with both Park, who he starred in “You’re Beautiful” and “Heartstrings” with, and Seohyun, who he starred in “We Got Married” with.
He clarified some of the rumors, telling Radio Star emcees that he does live in the same villa community but in different buildings.
“We are really not dating,” he said, reported KDrama Stars.
He also said that he got into the Girls Generation van but that it was a mistake--the license plate numbers were similar to the CNBLUE van he thought he was getting into.
He added that even though he’s friends with Park and she comes to their concerts a lot, they’re not dating. He also said that rumors such as the ones that started after Park and his mother were speaking to each other should stop.
“She and my mother spoke so people started to think she was close with my parents,” he said. ‘I am close with Park Shin Hye but those rumors make it difficult to spend time with her.”
That’s one of the reasons he did “Future Choice” rather than playing Choi Young Do in “The Heirs.”
